Cost & Guidelines For Performance

* Performances - rates  are charged per 30minutes

* 30 min R950 - Intimate Celebrations per dancer 

* Corporate Functions please email event details for quotation

* In season a higher rate will be  charged

* Waiting period will be charged for every 15minutes R300 per dancer

* Cost only includes traveling up to 20minutes drive From City Bowl

Surika's Performance

On slow oriental tempo Surika will be performing The Dance Of Shalom. Unveiling her long veil which covers her authentic costume made from gemstones and exquisite fabrics. She will mezmerise her audience with her skillfull zills playing. Artistic hip sways shimmies and stomach flutters will be displayed., egyptian walks and

and figure of eights....

Raks al Assaya meaning cane dancing. This dance originated  from Upper Egypt  performed by Rheda Troupe Magmoud Rheda.  Surika brings purity of this well respected dance and takes her audience back to the Middle East. Saiidi costumes which covers the body might be worn.

Audience will be asked by dancer at any stage to engage with dancing.

Sword Dancing - The dancer will display her balancing abilities while isolating her body.

Wings of Isis - performed by the Goddess of Isis. Spectacular performance, performed with gold wings

Finale - Drum Solo, consist of various tempos of the egyptian drum called tabla. Shimmies on an Egyptian drum is one of Surika's incredibale art as a oriental dancer.

Audience - are welcome to engage in the middle eastern tradition. Money may be put in dancers belt as a sign of appreciation.

Ambience - A middle eastern atmosphere is always welcome. Dimmed lights and lots of candles

Good Sound System with base - Remember all dancers are professional artist and to enhance our performance we need to hear and feel the music. Ensure that the sound system is in area where the dancer will be performing.

Changing Room - Dancers will come ready dress. Kindly provide a room with a mirror for touching up and to leave valuables

Space to perform - If space can be provided in middle of room big enough for our Wings performance. Smaller areas will be replaced with another prop or veil dancing. Check before hand with dancer about performance area.

Respect for dancers - Please ensure that dancer should be treated with dignity by guests/audience, this is an ancient art form and NOT associated with nudity or taking any clothes off. No touching is welcome or revolting dance actions from guests while dancing with. Performance will be immediately stopped.

Method of payment

Electronic transfer 3 days before event for clearance

Cheque payment - Cash and uncross

Cash & Cheque     - Before performance

Should we not receive payment then we assume performance is no longer required

Please note a 40% cancellation fee will be charged if not cancelled within 24hrs
